UCLL provides comprehensive logistics services including but not limited to:
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
Customers must provide accurate and complete information about their shipments, including but not limited to cargo description, value, weight, dimensions, and destination details.
Customers are responsible for providing all necessary documentation required for customs clearance and transportation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and any required permits or certificates.
Customers may not ship prohibited items including but not limited to hazardous materials without proper declaration, illegal goods, or items that violate international trade regulations.
Payment terms are as specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement. UCLL reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion rates will be applied as per prevailing market rates at the time of transaction.
UCLL's liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited to the actual value of the goods or the amount specified in the service agreement, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance coverage is arranged.
UCLL shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government actions, or natural disasters.
Customers are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their shipments. UCLL can assist in arranging cargo insurance through our partners.
All services are provided in compliance with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipments comply with all relevant regulations in both origin and destination countries.
Customers must comply with all customs regulations and provide accurate information for customs clearance. Any penalties or delays resulting from non-compliance are the customer's responsibility.
Customers must obtain all necessary licenses and permits required for the export or import of their goods.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. UCLL reserves the right to immediately terminate services in case of breach of these terms or non-payment.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
UCLL reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
